The hype has been building seriously quickly over the past week with the leaked screens/game-play. I know what the third power is (although only very vaguely) and I regret knowing as much even though it sounds really unique and awesome. Definitely sticking to internet safe-zones from now on so that nothing else is spoiled!

Given the access to multiple powers and the marked step up in motion capture technology with casting better voice talent I believe the game will be able to reach a mid 80's metascore.

I am going to be positive and say 87-88. It will barely miss the mark, because Quarter to Three will give it a 4/10.

One thing I am curious about, does anybody know the number of powers available in inFAMOUS: Second Son? I don't want to know what they are, just how many they are. If you do know then perhaps it would be best to hide the figure so those who don't even want to know that snippet won't see it.
