Its plain an simple. What are the positive points of opposide systems? By opposite I mean you dont own.

My view:

I am mainly PS3 (and PS4 very soon) and PC gamer. So this is what I think.

Xbox One: A overall good system. Dont care about the resolution. I am still bitter towards Xbox One because of their initial DRM. But overall its a nice system. Plus Xbox One controller is perfect. Its continuing the lagacy of Xbox 360 controller. Without any unnecessary gimmicks its a must own "controller".

Games: Sunset overdrive, quantum break, crackdown 3 (if true).

I will pick it up when a kinectless and slimmer version comes. Maybe I have to wait 3 more years.

Wii U: Another great system. IMO Wii U is the "best looking" system. I am not a fan of tablet controller. But pro controller looks sexy.

Games: Wind waker HD, Mario kart 8 and Zelda U.

3DS: A must own handheld. I am not a fan of handhelds but this one makes me to get one. A great software library is a plus.

Games: Supe mario 3d land, luigis mansion and animal crossing.

PS Vita / Vita TV: Really a powerful handheld. A missed opportunity for many gamers. Plus it has some really good games for it.

Games: Tearway, uncharted golden abyss and persona 4 golden.

What about you guys?

xbox one: I love the texture of the plastic casing.
3ds: I like the stylus.

I play on WiiU, 3ds, PC and Ps3

Ps4: Certainly looks like the best in this generation with great games coming out with the best versions of the ports and etc

X1: Has some great exclusives and I can't wait to see the next Halo

Vita: We have had a hit or a miss relationship where we had to break up cause I wasn't turning you on. But after we broke up, I do like the anime games that are coming out and you are trying your best to make sure to get turned on more and more so in the future, we will have start a new relationship with you once again (Hopefully before your new skanky sister without the OLED takes over the market)

OUYA: Someone in this world likes you, not me but someone does

My turn, and it will be easy because I really want to own all three systems:

Xbox One: The Kinect 2.0 is really neat, the fitness apps are amazing and very fun to use. Also, the controler rocks, feels amazing on the hands. The console itself is very decent and looks like it has a lot of 3rd party support.
Games to own: Titanfall, Dead Rising 3, Kinect related upcoming games.

PS4: The system looks powerfull and reliable, it is a very attractive machine. The Sony exclusive games are gorgeous and made with such care, it is really cool (Killzone, Infamous...). PSN Plus is a godsend, free games and discounts, what a deal!
The controler is better than the Dualshock3 and the console has a good amount of indie and experimental games coming.
Games to own: Killzone Shadowfall, Infamous Second Son, Uncharted 4, The Order, Outlast.


WiiU: It is a Nintendo machine, which means tons of good looking, awe inspiring, and nostalgia pleasing games as DK or Mario. It is really inovative with the gamepad and the Miiverse, costs a little less than the other consoles and has a ton of indie games.
Games to own: ZombiU, Mario 3d world, Donkey Kong C. T.F., Pikmin 3.

(I have a 360, but for the sake of contribution)... Xbox has great online. I hardly see anyone saying it's down or features aren't working properly.

I game on PS4, PSV, PS3, and 360 atm.

X1...good media machine with decent game features. Im not against getting one when they get some exclusives that catch my eye.

WiiU...Zelda U...thats what will make me get one.

PC...speaks for itself.

Ouya...it is better than X1.

PS4: It has games.
Vita: It has games.
Ouya: It has games.

Naughty Dog makes amazing games.

Vita: I like the games, it has a nice touch screen, and is overall a nice media platform. Don't have one because of money constraints.

Don't have an 8th generation home console, so won't comment on "opposite" systems.
