I've quite enjoyed the game myself though I wish they'd do another storyline as good as Totori's. That said the gameplay has definitely improved with every game. The only things I miss from previous iterations are having unique ingredients that you can pick up with their own random features which made gathering less automatic and it required more thought. The other thing is that I think it's gotten a bit easy to do all the tasks in the time period they're assigned to you, and once they're all done and I've made every new alchemical item I can make there isn't a lot to do and a couple of times I just skipped ahead a few weeks because I coulldn't think of any useful way to use up my time, particularly when I got to the adventurer level cap.
All that said, has anyone read anything concrete and specific about what the differences are between the two campaigns? I'm going to try out the Logy campaign briefly but I don't think I have the time to get far through it.
