I've been playing Super Punch-Out!! on my Wii U's VC today, and it's such a good game! I really hope Nintendo makes a Wii U Punch-Out!! emulating Super Punch-Out!! the same way the Wii's Punch-Out!! emulated the original Punch-Out!!. Still, I don't think a game like this is worth a full $60. I would hope that they would do something like have the digital copy for $20 and the retail for $30.

What Nintendo franchises would you like to see Nintendo return to this generation?

You and me both. Emulating Super Punch Out is fine, but additionally I want a lot of new characters to the series this time as opposed to the Wii game which only had two (Disco Kid and Donkey Kong).

I want to see Elite Beat Agents for the DS VC or a new Wii U version. But I would be fine with both as well.

For the eShop, perhaps, but Punch-Out!! on Wii was pretty light on content at the end of the day. It's another game that's hard to justify a full-scale development.

Though Next Level did a crackerjack job with the soundtrack.

Pokemon MMO yo! Do It Nintendo! You know people will love it!!! If people are willing to waste their lives trying to beat pokemon through Twitch just to play pokemon online in a social experiment, a Pokemon MMO would sell the wiiU like hotcakes + free sex, and it would also show people that Nintendo is capable of online!

I know it would be the end of the human race as we know it but sales is more important for you right now damn it!!!

The first few seconds on the last Nintendo direct, i really thought there was a new punch out game coming for Wii U. It was little macs intro to Smash Bros, still awesome but it did leave me wanting more punchout.
