What's unexpected about Polygon?

Polygon is a site financed by MS... they give Xbone's multiplatform games a better score than the PS4's version.

Are you talking about an advertisement deal? Do you really think that no other prominent video game sites do that?

Nobody I can think of is as openly biased as Polygon. I know I never trust IGN for high profile games.

which ones? did they have maybe kinect integration (like i think battlefield has) or did they explain the difference in their review? maybe different reviewers?

i know that they also gave games like forza horizon a 6 so that it didn't really look to me as if they would try to let games on xbox look better but if it is a game on xbox one which has nothing the ps4 version doesn't have and if they didn't explain anything it is probably something odd with the score.

Biased in what way? A specific author not giving certain games the 'correct' scores? I need an example or two before I start believing random claims of bias.

As someone that visits the site fairly regularly, I've seen little evidence of it. They give bad scored out to any type of game, regardless of whether they're an MS exclusive or not.

Eg. CoD reveview 6.5 on PS4 / 7.0 on Xbone because the MP is smooth (?) while others games that had a MP smooth on PS4 (they says that on the reviews) received the same score.

They give TLoUs a 6 too.

Was it the same reviewer? And if, maybe he thought framerate is more important for CoD as for another, maybe even singleplayer game? I mean, it should be pretty much known that especially CoD is beloved because of the 60 frames experience, if exactly that game had in the reviewers opinion a worse framerate on PS4 it makes sense to me that it counts more there as for another game.

And that with TLoU can happen, like I Said they also gave Forza Horizon a 6 (together with Quarter to Three lol). Sure, Forza has a lower score in general but it can always happen that a site wants clicks or that the reviewer simply really didn't like that game. If such a guy should review such a game is another question.
