So It continues... And here I thought it would be smooth sailing for the X1 after Wolfenstein.

Thats still better than the 900p that was rumored.
Is there even a noticeble difference between 960p and 1080p?
I think there'll be a small gap for most games that have been developped before the consoles came out. After that it will truly depend of what devs can harness from both. Wolfenstein is a bad looking game for next gen so no wonder theyre both 1080/60fps. Games that arent fast-paced online multiplayer action should always be 30fps and if 60fps was possible, they should just focus on making it even better on 30fps.

Assuming the 960p is a full 16:9 resolution and not up-scaled (so in this case 1707x960) then 1080p is about 960p+26.5%. Unless you have a large TV (40+ inches) it shouldn't be noticeable without directly comparing it.

What about those of us with 100" tvs?
But yeah, 960p to 1080p isn't that large, though if are weird and already have a PS4 and XBone, then this is probably just as big a reason to buy the PS4 version as the free gameplay
I feel 720p to 1080p is a farily big deal, this less so
Hate to say it but I think we'll be seeing a lot of this during this gen.
Means that for the PS4 they left some power untapped. Power difference between PS4 and XBone is larger than 960P and 1080P. Though the framerate on the PS4 might be better.
How many duplicate threads on this do we need? Pretty sure there was at least 2 of them yesterday
