Link Between Worlds in HD.

Just to see what the reactions would be.

It will be the exact same as any other art style that isn't the tech demo. "OMG NO IT'S NOT REALISTIC I'M NOT BUYING THIS BECAUSE NINTENDO IS STUPID!!!!!!! *Goes and buys game*"

The tech demo. Zelda can't be realistic, it's not gta. But not cartoony, and gritty, I'm all over it... I'm all over it no matter what the hell it looks like, but I'm all over it more if it's like that demo. No child link in this one either. I loved a link between worlds, that would be ok too, but prefer full 3d on console. A little more hardcore like ocarina. That is all I can say.....

I'll buy it anyway because I buy games for the gameplay, where Zelda seldom disappoints, but after delivering a mouth-watering demo that was exactly what gamers want bait-and-switching for a toonier style would be real dick move, not to mention a stupid one from a commercial point of view.

I think it will be somewhere inbetween Twilight Princess and Skyward Sword, so hopefully It's that (Because Aonuma said It's not going to be like the tech demo...) and the reaction isn't as bad a Wind Waker's.

The reaction to Wind Waker was pretty severe, but there wasn't social media or as many gaming sites back then, so if its a toon one this time I expect the rage to be magnified.

Personally, I could live with a Skyward Sword/Twilight Princess hybrid.

On one hand, it's been a while since we've had a realistic looking Zelda, and one of those would be welcome. On the other hand, I really like the colors of Wind Waker and Skyward Sword.

I suppose we can't hope for a colorful take on realism? You know, with all the little details and such, but with vibrant primary and secondary colors abound?
