The Zelda U game is something Nintendo has been planning for awhile now, if it was to come out this year they would have announced that much earlier probably at last years E3. If they announced it at this E3 it will most likly come out in 2015, i would be shocked if they announced it this year and it came out November

That's why I think it can actually happen. The hype that would erupt from a Zelda game announced at e3 for this holiday would be at e3 2004 levels. And remember that they originally were going to announce it last e3.

Hyrule Warriors maybe? Not that it's a big game, but it's something.

I doubt itbut X would be an amazing gift. :D

Here's how I'd organize the top-selling WiiU games chart for holiday 2014 -- assuming there's nothing new being shown at E3 other than this NFC game.

1. Super Smash Bros.
2. Mario Kart 8
3. Sonic Boom
4. Nintendo NFC
5. Skylanders + Disney Infinity (tie)
6. NSMBU + Mario 3D World (tie)
7. Hyrule Warriors
8. X
9. Bayonetta 2
10. The Wonderful 101 (the cult hit of the Wii U)

#10 could just as well be new Assassin's Creed too

There will probably be several. I expect Bayonetta 2 in the summer. Then we'll see Smash, X, Hyrule Warriors and probably at least one other title in the fall. There will likely be the NFC title, or some other new IP. We could also see Smash bumped up to summer if the NFC game is considered a big enough draw, or if they have another new IP that would appeal to a broad audience.

At the moment we are looking at Smash, Bayonetta 2 and X. Bar what they havent announced yet.
