Quantum Break / Crackdown 3 / Halo 5 / Gears of War / Halo 2 HD Remake ? / Sunset Overdrive.
^ I think that's it, Some 2014 others only in 2015.
EDIT: ohh, I forgot Forza 5 Forza Horizon 2 !

I think you mean Forza Horizon 2 since Forza 5 can out last year and Forza 6 should come out next year.

Maybe not offically but I'm pretty sure they are working on Crackdown 3 but it will probably not come out until late next year at the earliest.

I wouldn't hold my breath with Microsoft. They bought Gears...they have no need for that game. They'll pay someone else for their services.
Well I'm not in a rush to play it anyway I still haven't played the second one yet.
Casting our minds back to the heyday of the 360, we'd remember that its exclusive library was impressive due to a wealth of 3rd party exclusives and timed exclusives. When the PS3 picked up steam (end 2009) this trend disappeared completely and the 360's lineup was weak.
This time there is no year headstart. This time the competition is easier to work with and more powerful. This time the competition is creaming the Xbox in sales.
The new Mass Effect and Bioshock and other majore 3rd party games will launch concurrently on both consoles (just like the last games) and the difference in libraries of the two will be clear to see for all.
And Gears will be on PS4.
