Call them. They will refund you but do it soon. I wouldn't email them cause it could be weeks before a reply and then it might be too late for a refund. 

I never use the web store. just buy/download games on the device itself.

I had a situation like that once as well, sent an email, got an reply within a day. Although they said to call the customer support so emailing turned out useless, but that's not the point

That's pretty good service, but even 1 day can be too late for refunds sometimes. 

Sending emails can be risky though. I sent an email to Xbox support once and got a reply after 3 weeks, and all they said was that my issue cannot be solved :/ . Their chat service is pretty good though.
