Of course it's a powerhouse....but life is relative. Everything is a powerhouse relative to something else.

But it looks like Dankey Kang was a good start to learn how to develop for Wii U, their next games should be better technically since they aren't under the intense learning process as they were before. Make dat Samus look good Retro!!!

Who cares what it's more powerful than.    It could a little more powerful than a broken Etch-E-Sketch with no knobs. 

If Retro is excited for it, so am I.

I don´t think that they will show a game which is only a few months in development. Maybe an artwork ^^ 

based on this their new project won't be a new Donkey or a new Metroid... so what can it be?

Power does not automatically mean you're going to get a great game out of the hardware, it simply means the developers don't have to worry about system resources when creating their games. So, I'd agree with him on that subject, power is by no means an assurance of great IP.

Well, good; if it's only been in development for a few months, then that means they're not working on Mario Kart 8, but a whole new game. Excellent.

To be honest, I really expect them to do a new Metroid now, considering it would be (relatively) easy to make for them because they made 3 of them before, they stated they like working on that franchise, and Miyamoto himself said Retro would be a likely candidate for a new Metroid game. Also, Metroid's due a new outing.

Put me in the Metroid Prime 4 camp. The thought along is just...too much.
