Taking into account that the PS4 is already sitting at around 6 million by now, the fact that March has a lot of games with Infamous and MGS probably shifting units, I'm plumping for 7.2 - 7.3 million.

No telling since sony supply hasn't been all that great.

I think it will be in the region of 6.6 Million at that point since Sony have been having issues meeting demand! Now if they do the smart thing and get more factories making the console then we could see 7 Million +

I don't think Japan will crash right to the floor next week. I'm sure we'll still see better numbers than when it finally finds an average. If it sells around 250,000 WW (and I think it will be more) it will already be sitting at 6.1 - 6.2 million (with adjustements). Sony will have also stockpiled plenty of PS4s for the infamous bundle and the MGS bundle, and in general March will be a better month simply because it has a lot more games.

The fact that they don't stay on shelves very long if they manage to ship 7 million by the end of March, they will all be sold.
