I don't know man, I felt really shitty when they reduced the price of the 3DS so soon after I bought it. Thankfully Nintendo made up for it with the ambassador program.

Very good. UK buyers were paying the highest amount for the console in the developed world, so its a great move to lower the price there. Hopefully this will be the start of a series of much needed price cuts in all territories.

Yea.  I just pray to God we never adopt a VAT tax.  If UK didn't have one, then the PS4 would be ~ £292 and the One would be ~ £333.

They will be doing unless they offer some kind of "Ambassador" plan, like Nintendo did with 3DS after the early cut.

They hyped up the console as being worth the price, with Titanfall coming really soon into the lifecycle. They advertised Titanfall since Day 1. Titanfall has been selling systems since Day 1. Turns out, any Brit could have held off for less than 5 Months and saved £80.

This is actually true...and unless they do something like what was done with the 3DS then while this price cut and deal is AMAZING(including Titanfall as well) it is a DIRECT slap in the face to those who JUST bought the console only 5 months ago. Usually price cuts like this happen over maybe 1 or 2 years but 5 freaking months that is kind of unheard of for something like this.

It is a good move to get new buyers but a slap in teh face to "early adopters" and could cause some backlash. But time will tell!

In all fairness, over here they launched with FIFA and/or Forza.

Which makes me think. First FIFA, then Titanfall. Both for free. Just how much money are Microsoft paying EA?

Oh wow you are right I forgot all about that. Well MS does have a TON of money so they can afford it. But yeah they do have a very "good" business relationship with EA.

Also I know these are the risks of being an early adopoter but this soon is just CRAZY to me. Sales could not have been THAT bad. Won'tt his cost them more money? Are they going to just blled like Sony did just to stay in teh console race? These are just random questions that come to my mind when I look at the current situation. I hope it all pulls together because as a gaming fan. Competition is good for the market. And MS makes some good games.

I doubt overall though. PS4 is available in ALOT more countries. But I do expect Xbox One to beat PS4 in the countries Xbox One is released in. Maybe not a few small EU sales countries like Spain. But UK and US Xbox One will own for the rest of the year.

Does MS have some insiders in Japan that told them: "Sorry PS4 had taken over Japan and is also selling out there", then decided to make this move. It seems like in the US they are giving the Titanfall for free with a bundle

I was just talking about the UK for the second half. WW I doubt XBONE will outsell PS4 anytime soon.

Also this bundle and the game will continue to positively affect sales for months to come but no. Even in the UK and US XBONE is not going to own it for the rest of the year. This bundle will just get the baseline closer to PS4 in those markets.
