Doubtful. 3DS is on track to sell 80m, even less if Nintendo cuts it's life short. PS4 will pass that no problem.

This year? No. Over time? Yes.

Will that actually happen? That depends on how soon they finally fire Iwata and start buying game studios. I doubt that will be soon if ever, so no.
