I did a little more searching, it seems it maybe a glitch that happens with specific titles it seems, it's mostly stated that BF4 is noticeably not auto updating but games like Killzone have always done so. I only have BF4 as a physical game. So apart from from that game my others are digital. One other thought I had, maybe wrong tho. I know for PS3/Vita only the last 10 games/apps you used get searched for updates, I doubt that's the issue, but better to know all possibilities. I'll still search a lil more

Only other thing I found is, while in sleep mode if for some reason your internet isn't stable (as in it sometimes cuts out for a moment etc.) It will not reconnect to the internet until the system is taken out of sleep/standby. This would be a key issue I'd assume.

Can't help any further. But I'd say just incase, even if you know you made these settings like this. Follow this and chack again or uncheck everything, then turn off your system then check it all back off and turn off your system and turn back on. should be fine then (PS the + means obviously PS+ services only lol)

Thanks for looking into it so much.  I have all the settings checked off and an active PS+ subsription, so I may head over to the official support forums to see whats up.  Thanks again for the replies.
