Everybody is dunking... Wii was doing 200k back in 2007 and was severly supply constrained.
The last hollyday sales were the "Swan Song" of console market.
PS: Don´t trust VGChartz numbers any more. If we have to always wait for NPD or financial reports, what is the point of traking more or less 10k units a week?

Then I had best see over 500K opening in japan to make this excusable. |
I think 500,000 in two days, 800,000 for the week.
The PS5 Exists.

I don't see how that is relevant to my posts? Low supply with complete sellouts does mean less sales, though. |
It's very relevant to your post seeing as how your trying to imply that low supply means high demand but I guess your right about having lower sales overall and I guess we'll need to see march NPD numbers to make this conclusive or if february NPD numbers are as good or better than january's NPD numbers with supply issues then it may be concluded by then.
Calm before the storm, pretty clear they are stocking up for a massive japan launch. Its their home market, of course they will over stock the shit out of it.
4 Ippon!
PS4s harsh drop can really only be explained with low stock because of the japanese launch, a nearly 35k drop week over week just doesn't add up otherwise.
Doesn't make sense for Sony to hold back so much units for Japan launch unless the preorders are insane...which wont make sense because there isn't much Japanese centric games.
That's a massive drop for PS4...especially considering the adjustments?
Yay we managed to get upto date figures before the Japan launch, hopefully we will see preview numbers during the weekend. :D
