I think worse hardware is harsh, since while the screen is a small downgrade, the rest of the model is an improvement (reportedly, I haven't used one though I do quite want it)

They have as good as said that the slim prices are high while they clear out the fat stock. In a few months, that will all be gone and then they'll sell the slim at a decent price I reckon

Then you just need Gran Turismo, Metal Gear Solid, Final Fantasy and GTA Vita games....

I'll give you the hardware. More battery life, bigger buttons and standard USB micro have me considering it despite lack of OLED.  I'm just not pleased with Sony on the Vita right now lol.  

Those games wont come.  GT7 is being worked on for PS4.  Vita can't run the fox engine as I understand it so no MGS for it otherwise it would have gotten this upcoming one.  Square wont even put it's unity made mobile ports which require no extra effort on PSN. iOS and Android have more GTA games than Vita.

The only solution is for Sony to make some games.  They would lead us to believe they don't have enough people to try to emulate the larger franchises here like they have in Japan.  It's like losing a battle and you know reinforcements wont arrive.  

Oh, I am very well aware that those games aren't coming, but I can dream can't I!

The only thing that Sony seem to be bringing to Vita soon is Gravity Rush 2 even though I'm not quite sure if that's real. Sony seems to be focusing entirely on PS4 with Ready at Dawn working on it and rumours of Sony Bend working on PS4.

Personally, the only new games I have play on my Vita are Tearaway and LittleBigPlanet (then maybe Batman Arkham Origins Blackgate). But what's coming next? God of War 1 & 2?

They couldn't even get Persona 5 to come to the system, all they've got is ports of old PS2 games

What I don't understand is why Sony didn't try to clone those games in the west like they are doing in Japan.  I mean we know SS exists cause they aren't getting Monster Hunter.  Why was Gangs of London or Saints Row clone not made if they can't get GTA.  A Splinter Cell like game with majorly patriotic themes if you can't get MGS.  How was their flagship shooter title in the west not multiplayer or coop?  

After invizimals I don't know what exactly I'll be looking forward to on Vita. Thank god I got that 64GB card. Time to stroll down PS1 and PSP memory lane. I guess.  

Well they just haven't made any games. KZ Mercenary has great multiplayer from what I played, but that showed up a little late. But there just haven't been enough games from them. FFX HD and God of War I & II will have to keep me going for a while

I've got a few old FF games to play through. Then Chrono Trigger if that actually slows up on the EU PSN store (worst comes to worst I'll play it on my phone) or Chaos Rings on PS Mobile.

At least I think it was an expresso machine.  Either way, they sold the things for like 400 dollars.  Sold none of them.

Then they released a premium model for 600 dollars... and none of them really sold....
