I think they are going for a game in this one that truly blends the medians of videogames and movie. I think they want to market this as an interective movie. Which if they could pull off would be awesome.

The mechanics look like GoW and it's a good thing it does. Of course it looks graphically different.

Movement is not mechanics. The intentionally walls (for gameplay purposes) and the cover/hide reminds me of Gears of War, although other games did this, too, of course. We will have to wait for more gameplay, though. Most scenes we know of are cutscenes by now.

I hope it's because of Youtube textures don't look that good in surrounding and the materials and textures on the left shoulder show way too much flickering and errors at around 2:20 to 2:28...
