no. It could be out in december 2015 in Japan and feb/march 2016 here.
I'm gonna go with Japan at the end of this year and the rest of the world in spring. I expect a release window at E3.

KH3 has begun development, wich means Nomura's team has free time on FFXV.
They said this was their higher priority right now. That's their biggest project at the moment.
And they have no big games for holyday 2014. BTW they probably finished the script long ago, wich means we will probably have a global release, as they can start dubs and subs "earlier".

You'll see more of it this year, but no way this game gets a 2014 release. Most likely latter half of '15 in Japan and holiday '15 or early '16 in the west.
