Where's Super Mario World 2 in that list? It kinda breaks my heart that people pretend it's not part of the main Mario series, when it's my favorite one.

Anyway, the only 3D Mario I ever played was Mario 64. I thought it was pretty fun (I think I beat it in a weekend, maybe less), but Mario World and World 2 can't be touched.Haven't played any other 3D Mario because I never owned a GameCube, a Wii or a Wii U. I'll someday (probably years from now), but... I can't right now =(

They're both great but I have to side with the 2D games. If you're old enough to remember it, the one-two punch of Super Mario Bros. 3 followed by Super Mario World was incredible.
