Yeah, in an alternate reality where everyone and their grandma watches E3, maybe. All that matters now is what the consoles cost and what they are like. PS4 is cheaper, it has the WW brand power AND it is more powerful. It basically has everything going for it, not only E3.

They should just take their lumps and look to the future.  Nintendo fans have had to sit through weeks on end where the console was selling 20k per week, and it was the laughing stock of the gaming community.  Now it's selling a little better, and with big titles on the way it seems like a very realistic possibility that it will be the #2 console this generation.   It's doing close to Gamecube numbers and the Gamecube had Smash Bros,Mario Kart, Zelda, Mario, Luigi's Mansion, Metroid, Starfox, and just more quality titles in general compared to the Wii U.   Microsoft right now is really banking on Titanfall and I really don't want to be a big mood killer to the Xbox fans but when Halo 3 was released it sold over 3 million copies in a week but only saw increased console sales of 41% and then within 5 weeks was right back to selling the same ammount that it was before it came out.    The Xbox One is going to need to ditch the Kinectless model for $350 - $400 with a free copy of Titanfall or Halo to have any hopes of really catching up to the PS4 in terms of weekly sales.
