Last of Us is "innovative"? What's so innovative about it? Great game, but there's no "innovation"....

The Last of Us won so many awards that ND are giving away some for free.

it would be nice if the makers of these kind of events justify their decisions. Not saying TLOU didnt deserve the award or anything, just saying that i dont know what is qualified as innovative.

Absolutely. That innovation award was bullshit. Papers Please would have been my pick of those nominees, but Tearaway would be a good choice too, as would The Stanley Parable.

Well yeah, ain't it obvious. Good writing and cinema, but its still a third person shooter, been done before even before in my opinion.

First Macklemore saying Lamar Kendrick shoulda won best Rap grammy, Now This guy saying someone else shoulda won innovation. What next? Best Picture winner saying the Oscar shoulda gone to Scorsese (you know he'll get snubbed again; too many f-bombs).

Good man for saying it, and he's right, there were probably a few other games besides Tearaway and Papers Please that could have got the innovation award over TLOU.
