They've been this way since forever and many times, it was the right thing to do. Give us what we want and we'll grow bored. I appreciate being surprised.

It's like we're a bunch of women. We'll tell our man, Nintendo, exactly what we want but if we get what we want all the time, we'll start looking at Nintendo as weak. Then, we'll grow bored with Nintendo and go suck Sony's dick behind a Denny's in Savannah, Ga. No, we need Nintendo to surprise us from time to time. That way, we're always interested and maybe we'll even let them do anal every now and then.

Sometimes it does.  Sometimes it doesn't.  When it works (Wii, DS, 3DS) it REALLY works.  When it doesn't (Gamecube, Wii U), well.....
