the ps4 is the better multiplatform game system with 1080p and 60fps more widely supported. But if you are the type of gamer who doesnt play but a few titles and some of those are exclusive to the xbone in this matter, get an xbone! Go have some fun bc that is what its about, and dont waste money on the x360 version, it will only lead to disappointment.

^^^^^^^^^^The attach ratio is around 4 per system. Xbox One - 3.9 per system and Ps4 - 4.6 per system. Given the $100 extra for Xbox One, I think this makes them dead even. As most don't have the extra $100 to spend on games. We will see what the number is after Titanfall releases, bet Xbox One attach ratio pushes up past PS4. Lets not forget Halo 5 by years end.

Theres no reason to buy an Xbox One if Titanfall is all you want. Theres always PC the 360 and its more than likely coming to the PS4 in the second iteration if you like.

I don't think this automatically applies anymore.

Look at Mass Effect 2 and 3.  Both landed on EA's watch, both were absolutely world class.

To be honest, EA  gets shadier and shadier every year. ME2 came out in 2010 and ME3 in 2012 ( and ME3 was much shadier than ME2 in terms of DLC).

Thats true, their business practices can be appalling.

I guess what I am saying is that they have demonstrated they are capable of fostering fantastic quality games - even though they often wrap them in nefarious costings and payment/authorisation options.

In addition to ME3 there was all its DLC.  Whilst overpriced, it was some of the best DLC any game has ever gotten.
