I think N64 games were confirmed for the service.....but you know....we can´t buy them yet because Nintendo.

Well you have N64 titles on the virtual Wii side of things. On the WiiU itself, they say they will fix it, just not when.

I never understood why Nintendo dropped all the work they did with the Wii VC to start from scratch on the eShop. They should have made available their Wii digital titles in the eShop.

I smell more third party VC titles, like ones they haven't managed to get on the service, or other games that the rights expired to.

I wouldn't hold my breath for Star Fox or F-Zero or anything like that.
