You can move the Wii remote around, and when you feel a vibration, press A?

I'm not sure if that works since the Wii U needs an active video output running on the TV.

Which is the reason why I put a question mark at the end.
I actually looked for the answer on the internet and I found the solution, you need to change the console output to non.HDMI and then you turn off the console to enter wii mode directly from start up
But... what good would Wii Mode do you without a TV? Wii Mode doesn't recognize the GamePad.

The GamePad has a built-in sensor bar, not to mention a Classic Controller negates the need for a sensor bar in the first place.
