XenoGEARS actually began as Final Fantasy VII, but was deemed too dark and complex for a fantasy.

I know, and it showed. My favorite FF is FFX and as soon as I saw the opening theme with the blade sticking out of the ground and heard that music, I instantly thought "FFX". Such a beautiful game.

Nintendo is sitting on a gold mine with this franchise and it puzzles me why they don't turn it into an exvlusive Nintendo JRPG like FF.

Hopefully they show another trailer, the final name if it isn't going to be called "X", and a release date by E3 or earlier.

Yeah, EAD NA would be awesome! Expand Retro and make it so! EAD EU would be cool as well

Hopefully they expand NST (NoA Development) and NERD (NoE Development), more resources and trust to create US aimed games or expand the amount of quality games released on Wii U, 3DS, and the future successors.

More western gamers taking Nintendo seriously and buying their games. As long as they regulate the budget and development times, I doubt an EAD NA would leak money.
