I hope this game lives up to the hype! Seems a lot if people are putting some astronomic expectations onto this game. It looks great to me too, I hope it's a day one purchase. This and second son are the only games I'm looking forward to this year... My poor ps4 is collecting a bit of dust! Second son can't come soon enough!

I just can't understand Why people are placing their expectations so high for this game.   Almost nothing of it has been shown to justify the hype.

I would have preferred FXAA instead seeing as how 4x MSAA takes a 50% hit to the performance but considering that the PS4 has the perfect combination to pull this off with 8GB of GDDR5 at 176 GB/s and 32 ROPs to boot just goes to show how much thought Sony put in designing the system. The order 1886 at hand is probably using a light indexed deferred renderer with a very heavy and fat 4x MSAA G-buffer all of which are very bandwidth heavy. 

Because alot of us like to dream of the possibilities of a fully emersive soft bodied physics system allowing for much better interaction and destruction.  We have been told just little snippets, aswell as "journalists"  saying you have to see it to believe it, and you will be blown away.     

and i wouldnt say its expectations as much as it is hope and dreams.   lol

I hope all that is true.

I'll believe or not When they show it.

It will be the TPS of the year, i tell you.

Well, I can't speak for anyone else, but the talk of an engine based upon soft body physics is what caught my ear first.   The details just sound like it could turn out very cool.  Hopefully we'll see more encouraging stuff Tuesday.
