A new hardware revision is always a great move... it will move sales in UK at least for some time.

At this price, it's gonna move LOTS of Vita phats. I wonder when it's coming to the Eurozone (and it's pretty scary to imagine the price for it there).
Some people don't know what RRP is.
Hopefully I'll be able to trade my OLED one for a brand new LCD one, people will probably be desperate for the OLED model (their loss
).

Seems to be a marketing trick to get people to buy the current vitas before the price increase lol.
There's no way it can be 180

Why? I read some comments... maybe I'm not used to UK prices... £180 is that expensive? A new model can't be cheaper than a old one... how is the current price of Vita in UK right now?
Serious question.
PS. Great move is the launch of a new model... not related to the price.
Well, it's quite obvious they learned their lesson with the wild success of the pspgo and just want to repeat that.
Good job, Sony. Never change. Make sure you bring an even worse slim version of ps3 this year, because the last one was bad, bad not terrible enough.

I found a new one for £99 at HMV on Christmas Eve; should have bought it...
