oh... Thought you meant it was unddertracked by just about 100k-200k US only off by about 300k (includes digital) but yes Europe and especially Australia. XY hit a record there (100k+ FW biggest video FW ever supposedly). Its off by at LEAST 1mil.

Digital sales in both Japan+US doesn't even surpass 300k (biggest markets) so i doubt digital sales are over even 600k WW

be interesting to know how much a game like Pokemon has in the channel, it is the best seller so I imagine a lot of stock on shelves.

Does VGC include downloadable cards in Japan? I think Famitsu does but not Media Create? Because there's only a 300k difference between both trackers so does that mean only 300k downloadable cards were sold? That's very confusing.

true that, but lets estimate 11.6mil (shipped+digital)  vs 9.27mil (vgc has it by jan 4th) buts it by about 2.3mil difference. digital is no higher than 600k (i still think less than 500k) but we'll use that number 1.7mil is left. Even if about half of that is on shelves that means undertracked by 900k+!

Damn just notice pokemon XY first 8th generation 10mil+ seller (also it did it before 2014!) Wonder wats next?

yes! I remember somebody yelling at me stating digital sales dont count with them lol. Beside Digital sales are terrible for pokemon xy. As 007 said japan only has 25k-80k in digital sales O.o

Famitsu tracking digital downloads still confuses me, because XY was selling more on media create than Famitsu all holidays, so that doesn't make any sense.

VGC adjusted #s! 10.14mil by Jan 18th. So they adjusted up by around 650k-680k!

So it is tracked here as of Jan 4th 9.94mil vs 11.61mil (Dec 31st) from nintendo!

11.61mil

400k digital (estimating and this is as high as it'll be for eShop Sales)
=
11.21mil (Shipped)

Now that leaves 1.26mil left. How much of that is on store shelves? But non the less at least ioi adjusted it! I think its still undertracked, but now about 500k-800k!
