it doesn't have that many digital sales unles Europe has 1mil+. In US its currently under 200k and japan (according to Famitsu) has shown digital sales are terrible. Its undertracked by alot. About 2mil including digital. But no way in hell Digital sales are even close to 800k WW

How do we know digital sales for Pokemon btw? I'm not saying it's not undertracked, just not that much. Perhaps it is 1m+ though, no idea where, we overtrack it most months in the US, perhaps it's doing better in Europe?

oh... Thought you meant it was unddertracked by just about 100k-200k  US only off by about 300k (includes digital) but yes Europe and especially Australia. XY hit a record there (100k+ FW biggest video FW ever supposedly). Its off by at LEAST 1mil.
Digital sales in both Japan+US doesn't even surpass 300k (biggest markets) so i doubt digital sales are over even 600k WW

be interesting to know how much a game like Pokemon has in the channel, it is the best seller so I imagine a lot of stock on shelves.

true that, but lets estimate 11.6mil (shipped+digital) vs 9.27mil (vgc has it by jan 4th) buts it by about 2.3mil difference. digital is no higher than 600k (i still think less than 500k) but we'll use that number 1.7mil is left. Even if about half of that is on shelves that means undertracked by 900k+!
Damn just notice pokemon XY first 8th generation 10mil+ seller (also it did it before 2014!) Wonder wats next?
