I don't hate it. I bought one, but it is not at all going to be as good as the PS4 in the long run, IMO. It has some decent games right now. Dead Rising is excellent. Some of the things they promised on like how the Cloud will revolutionize things, and offloading processes to it, and the Kinect being much much better than the previous version are simply not true and I don't see it happening. Once it happens, then hey, it happens and great, they already got my money for it. Also, Ryse is SOOOOOOOOO bad. I am a little bitter about that. It handles downloading way way worse than PS4. They have too many things not running natively in 1080p. Other things are great about it. I love the TV integration and how seamless it is. I love that you can personalize the Home screen. The PS4 does not allow any customization whatsoever and the blue is way too bright and getting really old. They should at least allow you to turn it off to black if nothing else. Also the DS4 battery life is a huge downer. It seriously lasts for 30-40% the length of DS3 battery. Resogun is probably the best exclusive game out right now and it is downloadable. Most importantly, let's be honest, unless something crazy happens Sony exclusives are going to destroy MS exclusives. I'm convinced through talking to people online and in person, that the only people who disagree with this have never owned Sony products.
/EDIT: Also when you come at people with no buying games in the store, and no used or rented games which are both initial attempts at a monopoly on a customer that already is buying into your company with a console purchase, and always on internet, and always on camera people are going to voice concerns, and some of them may take that as a basis to not trust your company or give you any more money, regardless of 180's forced by backlash and pre-order numbers...Imagine what would have happened if they didn't do the 180? People would be verbally ripping it to shreds everywhere, and no one would be buying it, especially if it had equal performance to what it does currently in its 180 state.
