Call of Duty will become less relevant this generation multiplayer-wise that's for sure. I am not too sure if Titanfall or Destiny are going to have the power to dethrone Call of Duty though. This generation is going to be very interesting in this regard.

I think people underestimate COD. If Activision invest properly in a new engine, it can dominate for another generation.
We alraedy know its gameplay style is more popular, but its just really behind on graphics.
