considering how bad capcom is doing recently, it makes sense to milk its more profitables ip. Still, imo is a dangerous game to play, capcom has not that many lifesavers franchises to burn.

Just bring the game to the west Capcom! I still have a lot to do on Monter Hunter 3 Ultimate though... I did like 50 hours and I still have ways to go.

This. I can't see the reason for re-releasing it unless they're going to expand it to new platforms.

I wouldn't be surprised if Monster Hunter 4 gets an English translation after the release of the English Kingdom Hearts 3.
