Ahh, see that's why you shouldn't put to much value into gossip.  It's often very tainted.

But I have actually played the game, so you can trust in me.  I can see them adding some extra ways of fighting - a few more miltary commanding type secnes, but it's pretty neat the way it is.  Way to much creativity for just one game.

I started playing Sleeping Dogs and it made me want to play Ryse again. 



 

Really not sure I see any point of Consol over PC's since Kinect, Wii and other alternative ways to play have been abandoned.

Actually, no, you completly missed the point.  I've actually played the game.  It's an actually opinion, not a mindless drone repeater.

Its like one of my friends who would always rag on Halo because he thought it was some 'mindless shooter' for years.  Then somehow, he was give or got Halo CEA, and loved the game.   He was like 'wow, what an amazing game.'

well, for those who say ryse is shit, even if it is that doesn't mean that there couldn't be a sequel or prequel with revamped gameplay. i absolutely don't care about ryse because of the gameplay videos i saw but the rest is very interesting for me and it has huge potential.

i said that already months before release, some months more and they could have made a much better gameplay but they only tried to change it after the responses at gamescom or maybe little bit earlier which was obviously too late to make it like most people really wished.

maybe it would be good if another studio would work on it since crytek is known for awesome graphics but often not beloved for gameplay.

I am not trying to derail this thread or be a hater. I am an XB1 and PS4 owner. Ryse is far and away the worst AAA game I have played on either system. I have already gone into detail as to why in other threads. No one should support DLC for it.

No, you're going off the assumption that not one of those zeroes is a real player, and that's just as stupid as me saying that you liking it also isn't a valid opinion. That was my point.

Because Meta is so reliable? Lol Anybody can go on that site and spam 0's, If you look at the 0'S that gave a review with it you can clearly see they are just fanboys for example, So off them have DR3, Forza 5, Ryse - 0 and Killzone, Knack - 10, Really reliable =/ You can't trust that site at all, Amazon has fair ratings along with Xbox rating system and don't say "Xbox Rating can't be trusted because it's Xb Fans" Lococycle and Fighter Within had 2.5Stars last time I checked them on Xbox Lol, Amazon is probably the most reliable site that has reviews though

If you see what people who actually have the game have said about it it's pretty good so far, It's not amazing though, Story mode was pretty great, It had a good story and Imo multiplayer was fun, the game look amazing but the fighting was pretty boring (Much better on higher difficulty though) People on this site including me also that have the game have said it's pretty good also. Not amazing or anything though but it still has tons of potential to turn into a great franchise, Many different sequels could be made and all they really need to do is fix the combat

I actually agree with this...The fighting system in the game is so completely F'ing terrible that I hated the game, but I loved the graphics and multiplayer.  The story was decent.  If they had some awesome combat system in the sequel I could see it being a great game.  If they keep the same fighting system I hope no one anywhere buys a sequel or DLC...
