No, just no. The Last of Us isn't really that impressive graphically. I haven't played it myself (yet) but all the pictures and videos I've seen of it have showed me nothing special. Perhaps it is the best looking game on PS3 if we judge by technical aspect alone... But even then I'm not so sure about it.

Anyway, I'm going to judge by personal preference and experience here:

  • PS1: Metal Gear Solid
  • PS2: Metal Gear Solid 2 or Metal Gear Solid 3, depending on the aspect of graphics to look out for. MGS2 is just stunning and runs at 60 FPS but MGS3 has pretty awesome jungles... And it's very impressive to see them on PS2!
  • PS3: Journey or Ni no Kuni. Journey looks better but I can imagine getting tired of its style if I played too much. Ni no Kuni has much more variety and it looks absolutely stunning as well.
  • PC: Oh, there's so many possible choices, and I'm not even going to be able to make a proper choice because I don't have a very powerful PC to today's standards. I'd probably be shouting The Witcher 2 (or 3, if unreleased games count), Battlefield 4, or something like that if my PC could handle those games (and if I had the time to play as many games as I'd like; my PC could probably handle The Witcher 2 if I had the time to play it). If an answer is an absolute necessity, I'll say Total War: Shogun 2, but it's not a very good answer.

NES: Kirby's Adventures

Sega Master System: Sonic the Hedgehog 2

Sega Genesis: Virtua Racing

Super Nintendo: Donkey Kong Country series/ Super Mario World 2 ~ Yoshi's Island

PS1: Tobal 2 / Final Fantasy IX

N64: The Legend of Zelda ~ Majora's Mask

Sega Saturn: Burning Rangers

Sega Dreamcast: Shenmue 2

Playstation 2: Gran Turismo 4/ God of War 2 / Final Fantasy XII

Gamecube: The Legend of Zelda ~ Twilight Princess / Metroid Prime 2 Echoes

XBox:  Ninja Gaiden Black / Halo 2

XBox 360: Halo 4 / Forza 4

Playstation 3: The Last of Us / God of War III + Ascension

Wii: Super Mario Galaxy 2 / Xenoblade

Wii U: New Super Mario 3D World

Playstation 4: Killzone Shadow Fall

XBox One: Ryse

The halo trailer you saw at E3 2013 was a CGI video. Not in game graphics. We have to wait for the game reveal at E3.

Yea I know but I also know that Halo will push the x1 more than most of the games so... I am just basing on that
