No, just no. The Last of Us isn't really that impressive graphically. I haven't played it myself (yet) but all the pictures and videos I've seen of it have showed me nothing special. Perhaps it is the best looking game on PS3 if we judge by technical aspect alone... But even then I'm not so sure about it.

Anyway, I'm going to judge by personal preference and experience here:

  • PS1: Metal Gear Solid
  • PS2: Metal Gear Solid 2 or Metal Gear Solid 3, depending on the aspect of graphics to look out for. MGS2 is just stunning and runs at 60 FPS but MGS3 has pretty awesome jungles... And it's very impressive to see them on PS2!
  • PS3: Journey or Ni no Kuni. Journey looks better but I can imagine getting tired of its style if I played too much. Ni no Kuni has much more variety and it looks absolutely stunning as well.
  • PC: Oh, there's so many possible choices, and I'm not even going to be able to make a proper choice because I don't have a very powerful PC to today's standards. I'd probably be shouting The Witcher 2 (or 3, if unreleased games count), Battlefield 4, or something like that if my PC could handle those games (and if I had the time to play as many games as I'd like; my PC could probably handle The Witcher 2 if I had the time to play it). If an answer is an absolute necessity, I'll say Total War: Shogun 2, but it's not a very good answer.
