Only if there's a trophy for it.
jk...with my huge backlog I've haven't had time to replay games in a long time.

With prices here in Argentina rising... AGAIN. I am forced to limit my library of games to a handful of titles per year. You can bet I replay those a LOT of times!
But the most replayed game would be Ocarina of Time! I did kinda like you and I replay it every year. Sometimes I do it two times in a year! I lost count on how many playthrougs I did but I think it's close to 7 or 8.
"I've Underestimated the Horse Power from Mario Kart 8, I'll Never Doubt the WiiU's Engine Again"
NEVER.
My backlog is too big to play any game more than once, also I like to have new experiences. I don't even rewatch too many movies and those took around 2 hours each, forget about 20 hours games.
I played every mission of Halo reach 42 times average...
Also Gears of war is a franchise that was fun to play over and over again... I can't tell why exactly but it feels easy to pick up and just a lot of fun...
Last generation was overall hard to replay games....if their were no achievements/trophies I would hardly cared =p..

Your sig actually got me L-O-L'ing at work..., way more than it should.
Only when it gets a port on iOS.. replayed the Final Fantasies, Chrono Trigger, Jet Set Radio, Ace Atorney, Ghost Trick etc.. but the newer games never.. still have a backlog 30+ unopened games and 50+ unfinished ones..

Face the future.. Gamecenter ID: nikkom_nl (oh no he didn't!!)
I used to never replay games. Especially a really long single player - that takes you months or longer to play through.
But now I have started to. I play Alan Wake I think 4 times now. And played Halo: Reach a couple times (a few with friends.) I've started to go after achievements (like trophies) that you can only get if you play through more than once (unless you are amazingly good and find everything.)
It is also a bit more fun, as you are better so it's not as frustrating. Plus, sometimes the story looks different or you see a new aspect at a different angle.
TL/DR: More now than I used to.
