Well yes but you can definitely tell the differences from gameplay in most cross-gen vids, like this one.

 

Just not in the Lara Croft one since its third person?

2 reasons why you can't see much of a difference in the TR video.

The head to head gameplay scenes are too short to make something out.

The video was produced before the last framerate optimization.

But color me surprised that I can actually see the FPS difference in the BF comparison.

Well that makes sense. 

But yeah DICE really showed off the most difference between 7th and 8th gen coming from a cross gen game.

Has anyone from Microsoft confirm that the One can even do 1080p 60fps games other than racing games?

The FPS is unlocked though...

X1 = 30 to 45
PS4 = 30 to 60

PS4 hits higher FPS more constantly than the X1 obviously. However, the FPS is still unlocked. Personally I prefer a locked FPS even if it's only 30.

In video comfirmed that the version is for Ps4 and 60fs but not confirmed version for Xbox one...MANIPULATED Thread

It doesn't say that anywhere. X1 version is 30 to 45 fps, PS4 version is mostly 60 fps with small dips. In other words PS4 version is more likely 50-60 fps.

The video looked more like 30fps...but maybe its just the video quality combined with my crappy laptop.
