It's amusing as hell looking at people trying to convince themselves the X1 isn't that much worse by assuming it hits 45fps and the PS4 dips below 50fps. Blips appear in all games. It's 30fps on the X1 and 60fps on the PS4. Just accept it.

Of course PS4 is more powerful, and not by a small margin, look at the GPU performance difference, come on, only fanb... can't accept it...

They will never accept it... even if you show black is black, they will try to say that there's a microscopic white spot, so it's not black...

Personally for an action game, I dont care about 60 FPS, I'd rather the XBO version run 1080/30 than say, 900/60,

Also, I will say Neogaf is running their usual spin if you look at it carefully. Eatchildren says the XBO version runs at unlocked 30, which gets up to 45 in some areas, even though he implies not often, I expect he is trying to spin it negatively for xbox, so it's probably often. Then he says PS4 is 60 but with a few dips into 50's.

So the reality is not 60 vs 30, it's an average of, lets say 37.5 (split the difference of 30 and 45 for XBO) vs say, 55 on PS4. Notice how Eatchildren tried to highlight the best case for PS4 (60) and the worst case for Xbox (30)

Anyways people said KZ Shadow Fall multiplayer was 60, but real frame testing showed it dips into the 30's at time and probably averages more like 45. So I take this with a grain of salt until we get some testing.

 

But I'm just glad the game is 1080P on XBO. That's priority one for me.


Knew it was only a matter of time before someone tried to downplay double frame rate. 60 fps versus 30 makes a huge diff playing as well as visually. No one said x1 still won't be ok, but ps4 is def the much better version.

It's so clear that I'm amazed some people don't want to accept it. Come on, live with that, PS4 is the most powerful system this gen and it will have the best version of multiplatform games, easy as that.

The whole point in any of these debates it to prove once and for all that the PS4 is the most capable console and to put an end to the denial and nonsense. It never happens though. We get: 'you can't see the difference between 1080p and 720p' or 'you can't tell the difference between 60fps and 30fps'. Now I'd be the first to agree that with SOME games that's perfectly true, but like I said, that's NOT the point. I think the problem lies with the words 'inferior' and 'superior'. As soon as you say the PS4 is better, it throws up the notion of 'inferiority' when referring to the X1. The X1 is a great console (hate the company behind it though), it's just that the PS4 is more powerful. It's so difficult for the competative mindset to accept defeat, even though it's not really a defeat it's just accepting a fact.
