I think it'll be a good year forboth to go head to head. I say vita will beat ita couple times in the year. (maybe 5-7 times)

Whoa! You just blew my mind! This is something that was un heard of just mere weeks ago, and is no all of a sudden coming true. Who Would have thought? Maybe that was Sony's plan all along? Maybe John Lucas should have made his prediction about the Vita instead of the Unity Wii U?

What are you talking about?? The 3DS is dominating with 45% of the market share... Yes, Vita will have a much better year this year it seems, but not good enough to overtake the 3DS. That will NEVER happen.

What??? PS4 sold 900k in the US and Vita sold under 100k in dec being the worse sold hardware in a long time. Dont kno why you think ps4 going to push vita's. Only software and a price cut will push vita over 2mil in japan. 3ds will sell no less than 2.5mil in japan this year

3DS LL + 3DS (45.9%) vs Vita + Vita TV (26%). Still a bit to go but things are looking encouraging for the Vita in Japan.

It's interesting when you look at software sales to see that Vita versions of PS3 games (like FFX and Dynasty Warriors) are selling almost as well as their PS3 counterparts. Vita is definitely picking up some momentum.
