They arent clear on it - one source I forgot who (maybe the FFXIII FB) said it will come as a update to those who have finished the demo via email or FB.

Oh well at least we get the other DLC for sure :D.

Well that's true but that garb for sending out your demo score looks cool too xD

It would be a shame, if they went with a selection process. :(
