my body is ready

I'm no expert, but I'm told that the Terminal would cost around 600-700 dollars in 2017, so I have a hard time believing that the ps5 would release a gpu that is 3x better than that and be 400 dollars or less only 1-2 years later. |
Well, can I suggest you then maybe you stick to that "experts" opinion on Terminal and ask him instead, otherwise you can do some math on launch prices of 7870 (pretty much what's inside PS4) vs current prices of 7870 and R9 270 and extrapolate from there for R9 290/290X, what those "leaked" specs actually are - keep in mind though that current AMD prices are tad high due to recent Litecoin gold rush.
As for next-next gen PS/Xbox, read again, it would not be 3x better, I'm talking about 10+TFLOPS option, then rinse and repeat previous procedure.

EDIT: Here we have some benchmarks on Phoronix. Tegra 3 loses easily to Exynos and this one loses for Atoms. i3 crushes them all. Of course, we have Tegra 4 and new Exynos now, but probably they wouldn't do much better against newer Atom and iX processors. |
That's it. The future of ARM seems to be mobile processors. I have an Exynos 5 (running Linux) in a chromebook and it is absolutely rubbish, even with ChromeOS, which takes nothing to run. It pales in comparison to even the most basic Celeron.
But yeah, FAKE.
Some fanboys wet dream. Gorilla Glass, NFC, 3G, GPS? Not gonna happen. Nintendo likes to keep their hardware cheap. To do that, they tend to not include such gimmicks. They don't even give you a DVD Playbavk function in the year 2014 for crying out loud.
MOAR POWAAHHZ won't help Nintendo anyway. Tzey're long enough in this business to know that. Also, the headstart didn't do jackshit, so I'm sure they will take their sweet time with the next console. About the specs I would suppose they go for X86 to make porta easy. After all they're still trying to get 3rd party support. They are not gonna get that by making the lives of the devs as hard as they can.
I don't think Nintendo cares much about specs at all. They think more about what could be the next big step in gaming in general. Be it the controls or the way you look at your game. And that is a good thing. We already have two companiea building power horses. We don't need a third one. We need variety. So my prediction is: Nintendos next home console won't release until 2019. Its power will be double of PS4 max. And we will see something that nobody is seeing coming right now.

we know is fake, but these systens would be on market by 2017/2018, not now

If we were getting specs now, it'd be more like 2015/2016 when it releases.
The first legit PS4 leak seems to be from 2012.
It's not a leak. It's a BS rumor. Take it as noting more.
And no, they aren't going to be releasing an new console anytime earlier than late 2016, if not 2017.

with these specs in 2015, Nintendo would obliterate PS4 (in power, not sales), but we know it will never going to happen

It certainly looks like they would.

The DS came out four years after the GBA and GameCube. 2015 is more than possible if this device was considered a third pillar instead of the replacement. Plus 3DS is getting old. By the end of next year it'll almost be five. A replacement coming out Holiday 2015 could be considered soon, but certainly not crazy.

3 1/2 years actually.
GBA = summer 2001
GameCube = fall 2001
DS = fall 2004
