That's a pretty hard question! It's seldom I come across a BAD game... I usually stay away from that. But I can say that I've mostly played bad games on smart phones. So there you go - I give you a whole platform of bad games, and therefore bad game developers.

When I read the OP I thought instantely that the Maker of Ninjabreadman must be the worst. However I couldn't remember the name. A short Google-Search later I see that the Developer is already on the list. Yes Data Design Interactive really are the worst.

I think the Developer/Publisher Zoo Games was also pretty bad.
