If 3DS really is down YoY I would not be surprised at all if Nintendo is fully moving towards a new platform launch in 2015.

Cannot allow tablets/smartphones to continue chewing away at the market, it will require more frequent hardware refreshes to combat such a different threat.

Like Seece was saying, the 3DS has peaked already. It's all downhill from here. Which is why someone, i remember seeing a thread like that, was not sure it would outsell the PSP.

Eh.... that's pretty unlikely.  Why would someone make a point that the console sales in December were the highest for the year when basically EVERY system sells the most in December?  It would be a pretty weird statement.  We probably won't see actual numbers from Nintendo.

True, but with all the negativity around you need positive spin. Creamsugar usually leaks numbers, so let's see.


Hard numbers would only be compared, unfairly perhaps, to the  Bone and 4 figures.

it outsold it for like a billion months other than september this year. why wouldnt it beat it this dec?


I thought this was worldwide numbers, not USA.


NPD is just for USA. 

worldwide you can bet your ass PS4 is dominating XB1, specially after those numbers in EU. 

PS4 2.5:1 XB in germany

PS4 outselling XB1 by 160K in UK

PS4 4.5:1 in your home town, spain.

and PS4 = 1 XB1 = 0 in my house (yup! just got one you skank!!)

take of the goggles. VGC was 30% off 360 sales and is looking to be off on Wii U massively too. Ps4 and XB1 had numerous official updates. if they start banniing for speaking the truth it would be like the third reich
