Need for Speed, hands down. Looked nigh photorealistic. Artistically, Mario and Zelda look great. but they can't hold a candle to NFS on a techical/photorealistic level.

Just looked at the poll options--Trine 2 looks damn good, too! If only it weren't just a 2D indie game. Still, it may be the Wii U's best looking title.
