Twilight Princess came out first on the Wii so I consider it a Wii game myself.
The game of the generation hasn't even come out yet and it's name is Persona 5.

Ah. Yeah, just looked at the dates. My bad.
Always thought it came out on the GC first for some reason :P
The 7th generation is not over yet. Dark Souls 2, MGSV, and more are still to come.
As it stands, though, my vote probably goes to Dark Souls.
