Don't quote me on this, but I bet historically, pre order numbers are not proportional to actual sales.

There are many reasons why I think SS will outsell Titanfall on X One but for me it come down to a coupel things Titanfall is a FPS and I have more faith in MS's ability to market the hell out of the game. So I see Titanfall outselling SS by a litle bit. I can see the commercial now "from the team that brought you CoD Modern Warfare , the next evolution in competitive online gaming Titanfall." Dude bros ears will perk up when they hear that.
For the record I think Titanfall will be an awesome game but I feel like the hype is way too much for it
Titanfall on the XBox One will beat Infamous: Second Son on the PS4, in both first week sales and lifetime sales.
Infamous will have high first week sales, and then drop of quickly. I expect some console bundles, especially in Europe. I expect it to sell about 2.5 million copies.
Titanfall is the reason many people bought an XBox One in the first place. You know that Microsoft will spend lots of money on marketing this game. Because it is available on multiple platforms, I think the XBox One share will be about 3.5 million copies. Across all platforms, I expect it to match Gears of War sales of about 6 million copies.
Time both these games are released the ps4 will have a 2 + mill lead not sure why people would think this is unrealistic

People don't think realistically when it comes to the Xbox One. Like the ones who didn't think it would even have 1 million sold in the US after 6 weeks. I just let them eat all the crows they want.

I think you're seriously underestimating the kind of exposure Infamous is going to get as the biggest PS4 exclusive for a long time. That is its biggest advantage, it comes during a time where the PS4s games library is still relatively light and where possibly up to 7 million or more people are pretty much starved for a great new exclusive. If Infamous reviews well I can not only see alot of those 7 million people picking it but I can also see it become the go to game to get with your new PS4 for some months, so 3 million is a minimum for Infamous' first year I'd say.
Titalfall is the same, even if people love to point out how it is cross gen and on PC as well, this game will be bought in droves for the One, I'd go as far as to say that at least in the US Titanfall could have an attachmentrate of close to 50% on the X1 in its first 2 months (if it turn out as well as it looks to be).
I highly doubt Infamous will sell more than Titanfall.. All the COD folks will jump on that game. lol
Praise the One.
New numbers up for the week ending 1/18.
Titanfall gained an additional 887 pre orders this week over Second Son.
Predicting that Second Son (PS4) will outsell Titanfall (XOne) in lifetime sales. Click here for sales comparison thread.
