Mostly sub only. Sometimes I might watch it in English like Fairy Tail or Bleach.
Sub ... Japanese voices capture and express emotion better. English dub ... not so much. Plus, I HATE it when mouths keep moving and the words don't align, or they have to say extra words to make up for the mouth movement. Kills the translation.
Now for Chinese "bush kung fu" movies I prefer dub. That's hilarious. xD Iron Monkey!

I don't really care, but I prefer dub because I don't like reading subtitles. ruins the immersion.

Generally dub for multitask. If I really like the anime, I would rewatch it in sub with full attention. The only anime's I have seen with sub are GITS, Beebop, Lain, Death Note and Darker than Black.

Dub all the way. German ones when available, English when not, and if even English isn't available I'm just not bothering with it at all. I actually know some Japanese, but I can't stand most of the (japanese) voices often heard in anime (or video games for that matter).

It depends on the dub, as well as the series I guess. I find dubs by Funimation to generally be well done (generally), but it also depends how Western-oriented the content is. I prefered dubs for Fullmetal Alchemist and Fairy Tail for that main reason. I tried the subs for both of them, but it just didn't seem natural when the content is so Western, or when the spoken language in-universe is intended to be English or another European language.
However, there are some horrible dubs out there, and some where English feels unnatural to me for the same reason as above. I liked Inuyasha and Ao no Exorcist much better in Japanese with subs. I have dual-audio versions for some of my anime, like Darker than Black and Mawaru Penguindrum, and I didn't bother watching either of those dubbed.
Though I think first impressions play a big part on how natural these voices might sound.

Dubbed, Sorry Haters!!!
But with that being said, if an anime doesn't come in dub or have shit dub, then sub
Haruhi, Angel Beats and K-on for example, had great dub imo while 70% of every other anime have average to shit dub
