I can also do that on my Macbook, and my PSP, and my phone, and my tablet, only electronic I have that can't emulate old games is my toaster. And at least that makes toast. What does the Ouya do?

You can do the same on almost any given PC or Smartphone. And it's illegal still, not really a selling point.

Illegally, in the same way no one mentions during arguments between free games with PSN+ and Games with gold the fact that you can pirate games on the ps3 and Xbox360... sure there are ways of playing all games for free, but it's piracy.

Unless of course you are using some software to take the files from actual Nes/SNES/N64 and Psone games you have and have taken the bios file from an actual console you own... in which case good on you, and why not just keep using that console to play them with the correct audio and video?
